Theft Protection
Reliance Dealer Resources offers an advanced anti-theft program for dealerships to provide their customers with peace of mind. Our program, which is available with an optional GPS vehicle tracking system, offers a comprehensive solution to protect vehicles against theft.
As part of our program, every vehicle receives a unique vehicle ID that is permanently etched onto multiple surfaces of the vehicle. This ensures that the vehicle can be identified even if the VIN plate is tampered with or removed.
Our Total Loss Protection benefit offers up to $5,000 towards the purchase or lease of a replacement vehicle if the covered vehicle is not recovered within 30 days or if it is declared a total loss by the primary automobile insurance carrier. Additionally, our Recovered Damaged Protection offers up to $1,000 to cover the group member’s Comprehensive Deductible if the vehicle is recovered with damages as a result of theft within 30 days.
Our program also includes a Travel Allowance of up to $1,000 for stolen vehicles that are more than 200 miles from the owner’s permanent residence. Owners will be reimbursed up to $167 per day for a maximum of 6 days for meals and lodging expenses. We also provide an Airfare Allowance of up to $1,000 for vehicles stolen more than 500 miles from the owner’s primary residence, covering the cost of airfare for the owner and their immediate family to return home.
Moreover, our Rental Car Allowance offers up to $500 for rental car expenses incurred in excess of what is not covered by the primary insurance company, with a maximum reimbursement of $20 per day. Finally, our Long Distance Telephone Allowance provides up to $100 for stolen vehicles that are more than 200 miles from the owner’s permanent residence.
Our program is a comprehensive solution for protecting vehicles against theft, and it is available with or without an optional GPS recovery system.
